Yoga
is a moving meditation that unites our physical form with our
emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects. As we unite all
aspects of our being, we are able to experience calm,
clear-mindedness, balance, surrender, trust, and
open-heartedness.
I
teach both an energetic Vinyasa, or flowing style yoga as well as
Yin yoga, a quiet, internal form with long holding of the
poses.
More important than doing the physical yoga poses is living your
personal yoga. Living from our center causes us to make balanced,
intuitive life decisions instead of reacting unconsciously.
Every class starts with creating our intention and is followed by
breath work that continues throughout the physical practice. All
classes end with a period of meditation following Svasana, or
Corpse pose.

Group classes are Wednesdays 7 pm-8:30 pm
$50-4 classes/month or $15 drop in fee
