On-Going Scheduled Classes: Yoga

Days and Times: Mondays 9:30 am-11:00 and Wednesdays 7:00 pm-8:30 pm

Cost: $15 drop in/$50 for 4 classes/month and $80 for 8 classes/month

January

January 1: New Year’s Yoga

10:00 am-11:30

Yoga-Vinyasa style followed by Meditation on creating your Intentions through the Chakras.

Cost: $15

January 16: Random Acts of Kindness Club for Children

10 Week Course-Meets Jan. 16-March 26 for children 7-11 years

Children perform daily Random Acts of Kindness in their personal and school life followed by monthly community service to those in need. Children perform service for other children, the elderly, animals and the environment.

Mayor Pam Torliatt will hand out Certificates of Completion

Cost: $165 for 10 week course.

February

February 13: Partner Yoga

Bring a friend, a family member or loved one and enjoy stretching and laughing together in this fun filled class!

7:00 pm-8:30 pm

Cost: $15

February 23rd and 24th: Reiki-1st Degree

First Degree Reiki will enable the healer to do self reiki, reiki on loved ones and their animals.

Students will learn:

History of Reiki

How to channel Reiki Source Energy: Self Reiki and Reiki on Others

Ethics of Healing

Principles of Reiki

Grounding Exercises

Byosen Scanning

Plenty of Practice time: Reiki on Self, others and Reiki in Groups

Enjoy Sharing Reiki along with a potluck meal

May 3: Fundraiser for COTS (Committee on the Shelterless)

Petaluma Academy of Martial Arts will be hosting an auction and kick-a-thon to benefit COTS and the Petaluma Academy of Martial Arts scholarship fund for those in need.

May 18: Meeting your Spirit Guides

In this class, we will learn various exercises and meditations to access our inner Guidance and meet out Spirit Guides.

We will practice sending and receiving information to and from our Guides.
